Hi there I will be going on honeymoon this December for 3 weeks and would like to go somewhere good for windsurfing and kiting. My preference is somewhere in South America - any recommendations? We also want a bit of luxury as we usually go for cheap and cheerful.... sou no roughin it on this holiday!!
