Dear All, I am taking my kit abroad and just wondered whether , I need some advice about flying with my kit. I am wanting to take a Freestyle board, 3 sails (4m, 4.8m, 5.3m), 2 skinnys (370/400) and a boom. Do you think I have any chance of keeping this inside the 32 kilo limit? Answers ASAP please!!!! if you are getting tight then a couple of ideas:

-take off ALL extras (footstraps, fins, harness lines, sail and mast bags) and put into hand luggage or in your pockets
-make sure the bag doesnt get wet on the way to airport
-take a backup bag, e.g. a sail bag for just the sails if it doesnt fit in, or if you get getting dropped off by a mate get them to wait until the check in is done
-sometimes the bag is weighed at the check in desk, then actually loaded at a separate counter (oversize), so you can be cheeky and load the bag up between these two parts. but I'm not advocating this...
-put your foot under the bag when its being weighed whilst distracting the lady with a sexy wink
