Cape Town Advice !?!?!?

Hi,
Going to cape town for a week and don't know weather to haul my own kit out there or hire kit?
Anyone any advice on where/ if you hire good quality 2011/12 sails on rdm 75% c+ masts and good boards without the board grip worn like in some hire places. I will mainly sail in the lake in Cape town (into freestyle) but might head into the waves on one day. is there a place to hire where you can move your kit around from flat water spots to wave spots?
Any other tips on windsurfing in SA?
Cheers :)

He has a huge range of gear for rent, you can pick up from shop (the nearest to the lake), and also has gear at the lake too The ONLY guy to talk to..
