I will be going on honeymoon this December for 3 weeks and would like to go somewhere good for windsurfing and kiting. My preference is somewhere in South America - any recommendations? We also want a bit of luxury as we usually go for cheap and cheerful.... sou no roughin it on this holiday!!

What about Perth Western Australia, much more civilized than SA and fantastic conditions for both WS and K.

Can't go far wrong with Barbados... just avoid Michael Winner & the package wedding crowd !!
