Spartan... I used the Vortex 3/3 with a 2mm vest under all last winter for windsurf and SUP and found it bloody great...I didn't sail for mega long sessions just an hour and a half at a time and had no worries about the cold. Having the 2mm next to the skin stopped the feeling of the suit flushing with cold water so felt warm all the time.
