Hi all, I have two things I want to ask about. 1. When I'm out in the sea in waves, I find it a nightmare to waterstart, when trying to get back to the shore. Not big waves just the ones you get at Rhosneigr on a regular day. When I fall in and try to waterstart I find the waves push the sail under the water and I find it a challenge to get it flying again. It knackers me outby rapheus - GENERAL DISCUSSION
Hi, One thing I found when moving from my big board to my 99ltr freestyle board was my footwork. Using a big board made me lazy with my footwork and then moving onto a smaller board was challenging because my foot stuff wasn't exact enough. I'd practice the footwork such as quick tacks, stance etc on dry land and aim to get them really tidy before hitting the water. As above, you neeby rapheus - GENERAL DISCUSSION

Hi, I've worked at a centre teaching and selling equipment to beginners for 5 years now and could give you some ideas. There is a huge range in beginner kit and you need to be careful you get what is right for you. The main problem with buying starter gear is you will quickly outgrow it if you are not careful. Hi all, I'm after a freestyle board at around 90ltrs for use on marine lake (West Kirby) and sometimes on wave conditions (Rhosneigr) but really want to focus on freestyle. I have a 104 ltr Mistral syncro atm which im selling and have outgrown.
