There is a new web cam in Cabo San Lucas that is different from all of the other web cams in Cabo. This one shows the entire outer harbor and the arch. I have been researching a trip from San Diego to the tip of Baja. I found a great web site for Baja information. Good maps, driving information, a lot of great videos and some web cams from different locations (the one on the East Cape is outstanding for windsurfers).
